Ouida Laudumiey

Ouida Laudumiey is a licensed Realtor with McEnery Residential and a member of the Maxwell Strachan Group. A native New Orleanian with a family legacy rooted in historic preservation and real estate management, she has a deep appreciation of the city’s architecture and historic neighborhoods. She brings her in-depth understanding of the local market to every transaction, working patiently with clients as she guides them through every stage of the sales process. While raising her two children, she played an active role in preserving and restoring several blighted properties in the Irish Channel. She has also partnered with several local nonprofits to revitalize historic neighborhoods and attract new residents to previously underserved areas of the city. She remains deeply engaged in the community, currently serving on the Board of Louisiana Landmarks and as Vice President of the Upper Hurstville Security District. She graduated from Smith College with a BA in History and earned her MBA from Tulane University. She lives in Uptown New Orleans with her husband. With her two children now away at college, she has a new addition to her household —her goldendoodle, Mabel
