Born and raised in New Orleans, Ansley Seaver, JD has practiced real estate for over 14 years in the Greater New Orleans Area. Ansley founded The Ansley Group, a multi-million dollar top producing team of real estate agents specializing in luxury real estate sales, historic properties and staging, selling over $200,000,000 in real estate since her start.
Over her real estate career, Ansley has been awarded many real estate awards for production and was listed in City Business’ Book of Lists of top 15 realtors in the New Orleans Metro Area. Gambit Magazine honored Ansley by naming her as the #2 agent in the city by Gambit readers (2018). New Orleans Magazine selected Ansley as a top realtor and one of their "Steel Magnolias" and recently selected her to be "The Face of Luxury Real Estate" (2025). Ansley and her McEnery Residential co-founding partners were featured in Forbes, Fortune and Entrepreneur Magazines. (2021) and most recently Biz Magazine featured Ansley as one of their "Women to Watch" (2025).
Before practicing real estate, Ansley graduated from the University of Alabama, Magna Cum Laude, from the College of Communications and Information Technology. Following college, Ansley attended law school at Loyola University College of Law on academic scholarship, finishing near the top of her law school class and earning a position in the Corporate & Securities section at Jones Walker, LLP, Louisiana’s largest law firm.
Before beginning her career, Ansley lived in Paris where her interest in antiques, art, architecture & design flourished. These interests contribute daily to the consulting services she provides to her real estate clients. Today, Ansley lives Uptown with her two daughters and their beloved pets. Ansley proudly volunteers for several charitable and philanthropic organizations.
