Samantha Bach is a licensed REALTOR® in Louisiana and specializes in buying, selling and leasing residential real estate. In 2021, Samantha graduated from Texas Christian University where she studied Communication Studies and English. In college, Samantha helped a family member navigate finding a new home and that is when she realized the great passion she had for helping others through the stressful process of securing the perfect living arrangements. Post graduation, Samantha joined the The Martzolf Group at McEnery Residential as their Transaction Coordinator which allowed her to learn the ins and outs of residential real estate, while studying for her real real estate license. This position allowed her to gain real life knowledge of the field and gain confidence as a new agent as she was part of a team that closed over 100 transactions within her first year. Currently, Samantha is an associate member of The Martzolf Group where she works alongside Sarah Martzolf, Kristen Nelson, Hayley Bumpas and Molly Wogan daily.
