Born and Raised in New Orleans, Gloria Marie Samuels joined McEnery Residential in the Spring of 2019. As a native of New Orleans, she has always had a passion for the city’s unique architecture and design.  Upon the completion of her undergraduate studies in Business, Gloria began her career in real estate working as a marketing assistant for a small brokerage where she quickly developed a strong interest in the residential market.  Within recent years, Gloria has been able to intertwine her passion for real estate, along with her transactional experience in the legal field. In due time, she quickly realized that being well versed in both fields would give her an easy transition into the residential sales market.

Soon after becoming licensed, Gloria established “The Aesthetic Group”, a design focused real estate group, which will primarily focus on luxury sale and rental transactions, investment properties, and design services. Throughout her career, Gloria has always thrived in customer-focused environments. She has developed a unique working knowledge of customer’s expectations, as well as an avid familiarity with the local real estate market.  Given her extensive background in customer service, Gloria has the ability to leverage her skills in all areas such as sales, negotiations, and client satisfaction. She can easily navigate through complex situations in a professional and confidential matter, all while paying very close attention to details. Gloria is widely known for her diligence and dedication to her clients. She enjoys working with both, buyers and sellers to understand their needs, and effectively facilitate the purchase or sale of their home. Her main goal is to give each client an amicable, enthusiastic, and optimistic experience.

Gloria is a graduate of Saint Mary’s Academy High School, and holds dual business degrees from The University of New Orleans. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and The New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors.  Residing in the Central Business District, you may find Gloria spending her spare time dining at a popular restaurant in the French Quarter, reading at a Magazine Street coffee shop, or jogging in Audubon Park.
